--- ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURNING HERE!! The worst experience as a first-time customer. Received a gifted Hifu full face and neck treatment - a deal for 1 session at $399. Upon arrival, informed it was only for a full face. Showed the voucher to the Kiwi lady assigned to my treatment, she still insisted it was not for full face and neck, but agreed to do the neck secretly - without her boss knowing. Only treated the face up to the jawline, neglecting the neck. Gel applied to the neck, but no further action. Constant talk of returning for a special price when the boss wasn't present. Highly disappointing given the cost of $399, with barely noticeable results post-treatment and days later, no evidence of any treatment received. Whether due to lack of training or care in performing the procedure - this is the last place I'd recommend to anyone.

They have successfully provided me with laser hair removal treatments without triggering my eczema, something no other clinic was willing to accommodate. Absolutely adore my therapist Shaheen, she has truly made a difference. Their service is excellent and offers value for money!
--- Disappointing outcome. Spent much cash and drove far for laser hair removal appointments. Some days therapist unsure of my booking, dates and times changed without notice. Attention to detail lacking. Laser not fully effective, suggested spending another $200+ for extra sessions. Frustrating as initially told treatment purchased would be sufficient. Everyone friendly, but professionalism lacking and service seems more focused on making money than customer satisfaction.
