Some of the areas were quite disorderly, the paint is starting to fade and it's a bit bothersome but overall it's an alright storage facility, definitely not one of the finest.
Excellent bang for your buck when needing to purchase everything to kickstart the journey to owning a puppy. Couldn't believe it all added up to just over $100! The shop is always neat and well-kept, and the staff are quite friendly and easy to approach.
Subpar customer service, I sent my child with my card and he kept experiencing card errors and the lady at the checkout just stood there and stared at him without offering help. I even told my son on the phone to ask that lady for help and she just continued to stare at him without assisting. I'm on a video call with my son and watching on the phone, really poor customer service. I work at the checkout too, when we see young children we help them and provide our best customer service, this is truly terrible customer service.
