The service was average, and the owner, who was unfriendly, rushed through my haircut in under 15 minutes. When I inquired about purchasing some products, she rudely informed me that they were not for sale. It's puzzling how she manages to run a business with nearby competition. I only give one star for the affordable price of the cut.
I went to this salon for a hair straightening, and the stylist completely ruined my hair. Despite my repeated requests to thoroughly dry and iron my hair, she ignored me and continued chatting with her other customers. To make matters worse, she also cut my hair without asking, showing a lack of professionalism. It seems like many others have had similar negative experiences at this salon. I believe she should not be allowed to continue operating.
My experience was disappointing as I did not receive the haircut I had requested. Despite asking for a butterfly cut and emphasizing not to cut it too short, the hairdresser assured me she understood. However, the end result was far from what I wanted - my hair was cut too short with uneven layers. When I got home, my husband couldn't help but laugh at the outcome. He used to visit this salon as well, and his only comment was that my hair now matched the stylist's. Like my husband, I will not be returning to this salon.
