I've been a regular here for years for Brazilian waxes, and I've noticed that every time I get served by Priya, she seems to have an attitude. My last visit on Monday was the worst by far. Interestingly, she was chatting and laughing happily with the client before me (who was also Indian), but as soon as I entered, her responses were short and she seemed irritated. She bluntly asked, 'What do you want?' After explaining, she prepared the room and left without checking if I was ready, just walking back in. During the waxing, she didn't bother to tighten the skin before pulling the strip, causing me to bleed for the first time. She's the only one in the salon who instructs me to hold certain areas during a Brazilian wax. When it was time for the back, she abruptly said, 'turn around.' I've interacted with most other staff at this salon, and they've all been lovely, making the intimate waxing experience enjoyable. Priya, whom I believe is the manager, should learn from her colleagues and be less snobbish.
Dropped by today to get my eyebrows done, and it was hands down the best experience I've had in a beauty salon in ages, and at a very reasonable price. The interior was charming and spotlessly clean, making it a top-notch experience. The young woman was friendly and excellent at recommending a product to enhance my lashes, which I ended up purchasing. Very pleased with my visit.
**Selfcare** - Fantastic spot for all things glamorous! Just had a 30-minute relaxing massage, complete with a head massage, Henna brows, shaping, and lip & chin waxing/threading. The massage was spot-on, particularly focusing on the neck & shoulders. It was truly amazing and helped me unwind. Absolutely adore the Henna brows. The team is welcoming and professional, and the prices are fair. I'll definitely return for a full 1-hour massage and might give the facial massage a go next time.
