I've been a patron of Epsilon since around 2017! Alex has been my primary hairstylist, guiding me through all my hair color transformations! From full head foils to on-scalp bleach, from dark brown semi to root fades, and now back to full head foils. My hair has never been in better condition, and I am absolutely thrilled with my new bob cut!!! Adore everyone at Epsilon ❤️

Absolutely appalling service. If you're dissatisfied with your hair, Libby and her team turn into bullies reminiscent of a schoolyard. I requested hair extensions, and based on their advice, they ordered blonde extensions with the intention of dyeing them brunette to match my natural hair color. However, they failed to order brunette extensions since I had blonde foils. They assured me they could darken the extensions, leaving some blonde to blend with the foils in my natural hair. Despite their claims of being able to darken extensions, the photos of my ruined extensions after multiple failed attempts to darken them tell a different story. My appointment was supposed to last no more than 3 hours. After enduring 5.5 hours in the salon while they tried to darken my extensions, the outcome was disastrous! No blending whatsoever, just a shocking result. How can they allow a client to leave the salon with hair in such a state? Upon realizing the extent of the damage at home, I requested the extensions be removed and a refund. To my dismay, the team refused to refund the color work (which was only done to match the extensions, but failed to do so). There was no recognition of the fact that it consumed my entire day, and that I would have to take another morning off work to have them removed (considering I live an hour away from the salon). Libby threatened to cancel my future bookings (including Christmas) if I insisted on a refund. This is not the first disappointing color experience I've had at Epsilon. Avoid wasting your time and money at Epsilon.
