Honestly, I chose to go to vivo in New Zealand because they had a special offer on cuts and colors - but when Julieanne discussed my preferences with me, I immediately knew I was in good hands. She really listened to me and provided her expert advice on what would suit my hair. I had long, undyed hair and decided to go for a short cut with balayage, and I was quite nervous before the appointment. When Julieanne finished styling my hair, I was overwhelmed with joy. I felt beautiful and was extremely pleased with the result. I didn't want to leave a review right away because I know that often after the first wash, when your hair goes back to normal, it's not as nice, but it's been over a month now and I still absolutely adore my hair. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, Julieanne, you are an amazing hairstylist and a lovely individual!
