Oh, I visited Antonia yesterday with aches and stiffness from a string of mishaps - chopping timber, dozing on a firm surface in the chill, and more, all during a period of high stress amidst a lengthy renovation. My gracious, enduring body felt tense and somewhat irritable, and I feared, given my age, that this might be my new norm.
