To get to Lash Loft - YUMI Lash Lift Specialist at 32A Juliet Avenue, Howick, Auckland 2014, New Zealand by public transport, take bus number 500 from Auckland CBD and get off at the Howick Village stop, then walk for about 5 minutes to reach the salon. If driving, head south on Picton Street, turn right onto Wellington Street, left onto Cook Street, right onto Fencible Drive, left onto Macleans Road, and finally right onto Juliet Avenue where the salon is located on the left side.

Rude, insensitive and lying staff. From the second I walked in with my children, having to wait due to capacity (also i was a life guard in a publice pool). Just to see a nearly empty pool. Lied how long the wait time would be, watching other families of the same background to be put through before myself and other waiting families. Terrible staff and cleanliness isn't a factor there. Myself and others who waited were all been lied to. Then watched as staff just stood there not doing anything as multiple families left. The man at the door is rude and a liar and the Cafe staff (particularly the tattoo girl) was very rude and yelled at any Children who didn't have money to move. It was a tense environment and waiting families such as myself and children all left. After seeing numerous promotions for 20% off winter specials, I decided to try out Five Star Nails. The establishment is clean, organized, and the staff were all friendly and conversed with me in English, showing genuine appreciation for my patronage. I opted for acrylic nails and an eyelash lift, both of which turned out wonderfully. One minor issue was that when booking online, ensure the staff are informed about the deposit you already paid, as I had made a $26 deposit online which the staff were unaware of.
