Rude, insensitive and lying staff. From the second I walked in with my children, having to wait due to capacity (also i was a life guard in a publice pool). Just to see a nearly empty pool. Lied how long the wait time would be, watching other families of the same background to be put through before myself and other waiting families. Terrible staff and cleanliness isn't a factor there. Myself and others who waited were all been lied to. Then watched as staff just stood there not doing anything as multiple families left. The man at the door is rude and a liar and the Cafe staff (particularly the tattoo girl) was very rude and yelled at any Children who didn't have money to move. It was a tense environment and waiting families such as myself and children all left. Do better.
Public swimming pool with a splash pad outside. Indoors they have lane swimming, leisure and toddler pools. The Swimgym is also located inside for private swimming lessons. The splash pad area is free to visit, but can get cold as it can get windy outside in the open.
Place is always busy, maybe too busy. Facilities are dated and starting to wear down a touch. The spa, sauna and steam room are always crowded, small and a bit untidy.
