Excellent service! The individuals who attended to my lashes this year were both incredibly kind and lovely. Unfortunately, both the classic and hybrid lashes fell out within the first 3 days on two separate occasions. However, when they fell out, Lisa was very understanding and offered me a discount for my next set of lashes :))
