Absolutely adore my Christmas nails!! Exceptional and warm service as well. I'll definitely be rebooking with Olivia again :)) Highly recommend!!
Scheduled for a nail appointment at 10am (in March 2023), arrived at the salon and found it closed. I was 5mins early so assumed Olivia might be running late. At 10am, I tried calling the number on the store window multiple times but no response. At 10.02am, I sent a text to inform Olivia of my presence. Since there was no reply and she wasn't answering calls, I located another nearby salon. At 10.26am, I received a text with a screenshot from her, stating she had messaged me at 9.57am about rescheduling due to a courier delay. I informed her I hadn't received any message, to which she mentioned poor reception at her rural home. The appointment was crucial for my wedding in 2 days, booked 2 weeks prior. I had arranged childcare and traveled 20mins, causing unnecessary stress. Olivia didn't realize it was for my wedding and offered a pedicure later. While I understand unforeseen circumstances, more than 3 minutes notice would've been appreciated, especially considering the reception issues.
Olivia is incredibly welcoming and easy to converse with. Despite my indecision, she was very supportive, and I'm thrilled with the final result.
