I am extremely satisfied with the care and attention I received from Max fitting my back brace. Tailored to fit me comfortably, along with guidance on how to wear it; nothing was too much trouble. After fruitlessly searching in pharmacies for a suitable brace, it was a relief to receive such excellent care from Southern Orthotics. Thank you.
I vehemently and haughtily was informed that one should use a walking stick/elbow crutch on the painful affected side... this contradicts Google search results, an article the individual found on Google, and my own painful experience... it defies logic to bear all the weight on the painful side as you step with the stick/crutch and leg. By using the support on the good side while stepping with the painful side, you can significantly reduce the pain on the affected side... I am appalled that the store provides this incorrect or at least debatable advice to customers. The individual did not even entertain the idea of being mistaken... be cautious of his advice and that of the supporting assistant.
Their service was exceptional in the past. However, this time, I was misled about the boots not being ready, only to be called immediately after leaving to scold me for departing, and to inform me that THE BOOTS ARE THE WRONG SIZE. A TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!!!
