Really let down. My first time leaving a negative review but cuts used to be amazing here. This time it took 2 visits and my child has ended up with a haircut that is shorter than wanted with uneven ends. The person does good clipper cuts but not great with scissors. I didn't have a clear vision in mind, just wanted something lighter and easy to maintain for the summer, and she delivered beyond my expectations.
