They WERE my go-to salon; reasonably priced, quick work and a nice job, and never much of a wait. Unfortunately, this last time I visited and had my nails done it was a really poor job and within a week they were chipping and breaking, I was also overcharged. We arranged a "fix" where I would pay a part charge for a new set; when I sat down to pick colours it was quite obvious that I was the topic of their group conversation, given the constant stares, pretty uncomfortable. I had two tips (unnecessarily) removed and then added again, so when I went to pay my part charge, I was charged again for them and essentially told "tough" when I brought it up.
