Absolutely the worst haircut experience I've ever had. WARNING to all. I have curly hair and was promised they were experts in cutting curls. Even in its natural state, this haircut is a disaster. Absolutely loved my time at the salon yesterday. I was pampered and given a fresh look by the owner Alex, and she absolutely nailed it. I didn't have a clear vision in mind, just wanted something lighter and easy to maintain for the summer, and she delivered beyond my expectations. The entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a fantastic ambiance. The pricing was reasonable, and I even got a complimentary bottle of purple shampoo. I'll definitely be returning.
