Got a voucher for this place, went there years ago when they were on Church St. Not sure what's happened since then but it was well below average and really unprofessional. The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. Just yesterday, I had the pleasure of being attended to by their newest team member, Leoni, a recent arrival from South Africa, who gave me the most exquisite manicure and gel nails. She utilizes Bio-Sculpture products that include nourishing vitamin treatments. Absolutely avoid that place. I've never been so inclined to leave a negative review, but they were incredibly rude. They kept messing up basic gels, buffing them off, and redoing them without proper nail prep (my cuticles ended up ripped and sticking up). To make matters worse, one of them even picked at their ear (which seemed to have an infected piercing) halfway through without sanitizing their hands 🤢. I rarely leave bad Bing reviews but had a terrible time with this spot - the lash artist scolded me for my eyelids twitching (I've visited many other lash spots and nobody has scolded me for this before) and after just a WEEK, 90% of the lashes have fallen out and now I have an eye infection which makes me doubt their cleanliness protocols.
