This spa is truly exceptional. The proprietor, Clara, upholds exceptionally high standards, and her entire team meets them effortlessly. I always feel utterly spoiled here! Just yesterday, I had the pleasure of being attended to by their newest team member, Leoni, a recent arrival from South Africa, who gave me the most exquisite manicure and gel nails. She utilizes Bio-Sculpture products that include nourishing vitamin treatments. Absolutely avoid that place. I've never been so inclined to leave a negative review, but they were incredibly rude. They kept messing up basic gels, buffing them off, and redoing them without proper nail prep (my cuticles ended up ripped and sticking up). To make matters worse, one of them even picked at their ear (which seemed to have an infected piercing) halfway through without sanitizing their hands 🤢. The burning sensation from the bleach was unbearable. Despite attempts to fix it, the result was a mess. After hours of waiting, I left with unsatisfactory hair and only a partial refund.
