Really let down. My first time leaving a negative review but cuts used to be amazing here. This time it took 2 visits and my child has ended up with a haircut that is shorter than wanted with uneven ends. The person does good clipper cuts but not great with scissors. Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes.
