I rarely leave bad Bing reviews but had a terrible time with this spot - the lash artist scolded me for my eyelids twitching (I've visited many other lash spots and nobody has scolded me for this before) and after just a WEEK, 90% of the lashes have fallen out and now I have an eye infection which makes me doubt their cleanliness protocols. That is the only way to describe my experience. I started out with the floatation, which was out of this world. So relaxing. I then had a full body massage at the amazing hands of Lucy. She was very thorough and was very considerate of troubling points and pressure strength.
