Considering getting your hair done here? Think again. Today, 30/4/24, I left in disbelief. I asked for highlights but ended up with blue hair due to a botched dye job. The burning sensation from the bleach was unbearable. Despite attempts to fix it, the result was a mess. After hours of waiting, I left with unsatisfactory hair and only a partial refund. I rarely leave bad Bing reviews but had a terrible time with this spot - the lash artist scolded me for my eyelids twitching (I've visited many other lash spots and nobody has scolded me for this before) and after just a WEEK, 90% of the lashes have fallen out and now I have an eye infection which makes me doubt their cleanliness protocols.
