I underwent a laser treatment a couple of years back & now I'm left with huge permanent red marks on my cheeks. My skin was flawless before this & I regret ever getting the treatment! I feel extremely self-conscious about these prominent marks, I always need to wear concealer or makeup to hide them. They took before & after photos - what a waste of time! They attempted to use microneedling to fix it, but even after the 5th free session, the marks are still there. Those big red marks are still visible today & it cost me a fortune! I won't be returning, they just care about your money & don't know how to operate their machines properly! Absolutely loved my time at the salon yesterday. I was pampered and given a fresh look by the owner Alex, and she absolutely nailed it. I didn't have a clear vision in mind, just wanted something lighter and easy to maintain for the summer, and she delivered beyond my expectations.
