Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. That is the only way to describe my experience. I started out with the floatation, which was out of this world. So relaxing. I then had a full body massage at the amazing hands of Lucy. She was very thorough and was very considerate of troubling points and pressure strength.
The whole place is wonderful and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely come again and will recommend to everyone I know.About

Got a voucher for this place, went there years ago when they were on Church St. Not sure what's happened since then but it was well below average and really unprofessional. The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. They WERE my go-to salon; reasonably priced, quick work and a nice job, and never much of a wait. Unfortunately, this last time I visited and had my nails done it was a really poor job and within a week they were chipping and breaking, I was also overcharged. We arranged a "fix" where I would pay a part charge for a new set; when I sat down to pick colours it was quite obvious that I was the topic of their group conversation, given the constant stares, pretty uncomfortable. I had two tips (unnecessarily) removed and then added again, so when I went to pay my part charge, I was charged again for them and essentially told "tough" when I brought it up.
