Absolutely avoid that place. I've never been so inclined to leave a negative review, but they were incredibly rude. They kept messing up basic gels, buffing them off, and redoing them without proper nail prep (my cuticles ended up ripped and sticking up). To make matters worse, one of them even picked at their ear (which seemed to have an infected piercing) halfway through without sanitizing their hands π€’. The burning sensation from the bleach was unbearable. Despite attempts to fix it, the result was a mess. After hours of waiting, I left with unsatisfactory hair and only a partial refund. I rarely leave bad Bing reviews but had a terrible time with this spot - the lash artist scolded me for my eyelids twitching (I've visited many other lash spots and nobody has scolded me for this before) and after just a WEEK, 90% of the lashes have fallen out and now I have an eye infection which makes me doubt their cleanliness protocols.
