Considering getting your hair done here? Think again. Today, 30/4/24, I left in disbelief. I asked for highlights but ended up with blue hair due to a botched dye job. The burning sensation from the bleach was unbearable. Despite attempts to fix it, the result was a mess. After hours of waiting, I left with unsatisfactory hair and only a partial refund. Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. That is the only way to describe my experience. I started out with the floatation, which was out of this world. So relaxing. I then had a full body massage at the amazing hands of Lucy. She was very thorough and was very considerate of troubling points and pressure strength.
