Visited to have my ears pierced. The procedure was very efficient and gentle. 2 staff members, one ear each so it was done quickly with no pain at all! Very pleased with that. Giving 4 stars because the pricing is deceptive. Your website states free aftercare pack/solution, but in reality, it's $39.99 for the piercing and an additional $20 for the aftercare solution, totaling $59.99.
