The lady kept going in and out of the room, then she would forget where she was at. That is the only way to describe my experience. I started out with the floatation, which was out of this world. So relaxing. I then had a full body massage at the amazing hands of Lucy. She was very thorough and was very considerate of troubling points and pressure strength.
