Considering getting your hair done here? Think again. Today, 30/4/24, I left in disbelief. I asked for highlights but ended up with blue hair due to a botched dye job. The burning sensation from the bleach was unbearable. Despite attempts to fix it, the result was a mess. After hours of waiting, I left with unsatisfactory hair and only a partial refund. Stick to nails, their hair service is a disaster.
Unfortunately my nail experience here was a letdown. The color wasn't what I chose, and when I asked for it to be fixed, the technician seemed unwilling. The rushed and unprofessional application left me with sharp, uneven nails in inconsistent colors. I wasted hours of my day as an out-of-towner. Wouldn't recommend.
Hair service here was appalling. Asked for balayage, got a full head bleach resulting in chemical burns on my scalp. Despite my pain, they didn't listen and my head felt like it was on fire. Demanding a full refund.
