Incredible service, the woman assisting me was very helpful and informative!
The staff were really friendly and provided excellent service, but there was one issue - I requested a chocolate brown/light brown ombre colour and ended up with blonde streaks instead. I paid $350 for the service, but the difference in my hair isn't significant from when I first entered the salon. I'm dissatisfied and feel like I wasted a lot of money, as I could have achieved a similar result by dyeing my hair at home.
