I've had 5 piercings done at this place and highly recommend them. The piercers are skilled and can cater to different body types, ensuring you leave satisfied and well-informed.
A few months back, I got a nose piercing here from a trainee piercer who seemed inexperienced (despite being told she had done numerous piercings). Interestingly, there was a qualified piercer in the room as well. To cut a long story short, my nose went numb during the procedure, and the piercing fell out in the shower. When I returned the next day and informed the certified piercer, she claimed I have no nerves in my nose, which I know is untrue. I believe the staff here need to up their game. I've sought opinions from various doctors and piercers.
I recently got my second earlobe piercings here, and the piercer (didn't catch her name) was really cool and reassuring. She explained the entire process, especially for my friend who was nervous. The earrings they use are much better than my first piercing experience when I was 8; those had butterfly backings, but these have screw-on balls. Overall, I'm really pleased with how it went.
