Absolutely the worst haircut experience I've ever had. WARNING to all. I have curly hair and was promised they were experts in cutting curls. Even in its natural state, this haircut is a disaster. I want a refund for both my money and my hair. Fuming.
The hairdresser was very accommodating and conducted a patch test on my hair to ensure the correct color. Pleased with the result. The only drawback was the head stylist seemed often preoccupied managing several apprentices. Still, I would gladly return for a cut, color, and style.
Displeased with the haircut for my toddler. The barber didn't inquire about my preferences, I only asked for a light trim when I sat him down. But he ended up with a very short cut. By the time I realized, it was too late. Won't be returning there.
