Incredible practice. Serene ambiance, welcoming, warm, supportive staff who go above and beyond to address any patient challenges with bureaucracy or accessibility. Dr. Illing has been exceptionally kind and considerate, with a keen diagnostic ability when needed. A remarkable team all around.
My girl and I visit Dr. Sam Illing and always receive exceptional care. He's the finest physician we've encountered. We never feel ignored or foolish for seeking help. I've never been keen on doctor visits, but Dr. Sam is very compassionate and excellent with infants, which every mother desires. I can always secure a same-day appointment if I call urgently, unlike other clinics where wait times can stretch for weeks!
I'm so grateful to Dr. Sam and Rosie for helping my child. In just minutes, they provided a prescription and medication for my son who was in severe pain. Thank you for rescuing us today after a rough time at the hospital.
