Feeling quite let down by the behavior of the owner of this business. Spent $500 on a treatment for my partner and mate in early November, paid in full with a credit card at the time. 6 weeks later, before Christmas another $500 was deducted by Isobel from the same card. It has taken nearly 6 weeks to get the money back and I have been deceived numerous times by the owner before the refund finally arrived. While my partner was very happy with the treatment the dishonesty afterward was very unprofessional.
Been enjoying massages and waxes here since 2017 (they've relocated twice since) and honestly I'd follow them around Christchurch. Always pleased with their service and have brought many of my mates and whānau here who have also been very impressed.
