Great range and prices, but the service was slow. Waited for 20 minutes before the manager offered help. Other staff seemed idle. Friendly once prompted, but they should be more proactive.
Went to JB Hi-Fi to buy six Fortnite V-Bucks vouchers at $12.95 each. Despite many staff chatting, only one person was serving, with six customers waiting. They limited me to three vouchers due to a scam, but couldn't explain the scam. Wouldn't sell more until the next day. Allowed us to buy 2 vouchers at $31.95 each or a higher value, which was confusing. EB Games had no such limits. Frustrating experience. Switching to PB Tech for shopping.
Just got served by a grumpy young man. No communication, just slammed items on the counter. No thank you or explanation. Is he a manager or just a staff member?
