Yesterday I supported a young man who had deep trauma and shame relating to his hair. The staff at Just Cuts in Auckland went above and beyond to make him feel cared for, valued and handsome. The time they gave to him allowed him to walk away with soft, flowing hair and a huge smile on his face. He walks a little taller now because of their professionalism and care. Thank you so much team. I don't think you will ever truly know the profound impact of what you did for him xxx
I was very impressed with Harper. I came in with waist length hair and told her to cut a lot of. On my first visit she did so but left just enough to not 'scare' me and explained that I can come back in 7 days to get more of, no charge, if needed. The next day I was back and she greeted me happily. We then discussed the further action I wanted and she did exactly what I wanted. Harper was friendly, bright, and lovely. Because of her wonderful service, I then purchased $60 worth of products she recommended. Thank you Harper and I will be back later with my daughter! 😀
Very poor customer service just wanted to ask a simple question about haircut price, and they replied in a very bad manner and said they were busy and I needed to wait until she finished their actual haircut to be able to ask that question, I undoubtedly give a lowest rate to this places if it was possible.. ! Rude and very unprofessional hairdressers.
