Scheduled an appointment well in advance for a significant event (father of the groom) and had a detailed discussion with the hairstylist beforehand about my preferences. Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. The service was highly unprofessional and subpar.
Received a fantastic haircut and full head of foils. Exceptional service from the friendly and skilled stylist Sudharshini, who made the entire experience delightful. Thank you!
Decided to spontaneously get my 7-year-old's ears pierced. Two wonderful individuals pierced her ears simultaneously, swiftly, cleanly, and efficiently. My daughter handled it like a champ and is thrilled with the end result.
