I underwent a laser treatment a couple of years back & now I'm left with huge permanent red marks on my cheeks. My skin was flawless before this & I regret ever getting the treatment! I feel extremely self-conscious about these prominent marks, I always need to wear concealer or makeup to hide them. They took before & after photos - what a waste of time! They attempted to use microneedling to fix it, but even after the 5th free session, the marks are still there. Those big red marks are still visible today & it cost me a fortune! I won't be returning, they just care about your money & don't know how to operate their machines properly! Avoid this treatment, there's no turning back!

I've been searching for a skin clinic that removes millia for weeks. When I discovered Korrene Robinson, I was thrilled. I immediately booked an appointment. I booked through their website, but the option for millia removal wasn't there, so I settled for the Skin Observation for First Time which cost $79 for 45mins. During my appointment, I clarified that my main aim was to have my millia removed and explained that I chose that option because what I wanted wasn't available online. We proceeded with the procedure as the lady assured me we would discuss it further during the process. She cleansed my face, then moved on to the machine. I was excited to try it, but it was underwhelming! It simply took photos of my face in different filters. The lady didn't even explain what each filter meant. She just kept saying, "you have good skin." After that, she applied moisturizer and that was it! She mentioned she would send me a copy of those pictures, but I still haven't received them. She suggested products to even out my skin tone, including a mask and exfoliator, which wasn't my initial purpose. In the end, I paid $209! The skin observation didn't even last 45mins! I didn't receive a thorough explanation of what she observed in my skin. She just took notes of what I shared about my skin. It was a complete rip off!! I spent $209 for the procedure, a mask that I later found online for only $53, and I still have my millia on my face! The staff were pleasant and welcoming, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend it at all!

Had a fantastic Massage from Sam. One of the finest I've experienced. Incredibly soothing and rejuvenating. The staff was highly professional and exceptionally friendly. The ambiance inside was cozy and welcoming. It was my first visit to Korrene Robinson Skincare and I will definitely be returning. I would recommend it to anyone.
