Visited today with my cousin and we had the pleasure of meeting one of the team members, Liam E, he made our whole visit delightful.. full of energy and humor, a real gem.
Customer service is lacking, except for a man named Liam, who seemed willing to help when asked; other employees come across as rude, judgmental, especially at the counter. I asked about a product but the suggestion given was beyond my budget. The cashier turned away, whispering to another staff member, unaware that I was waiting at the counter, feeling uncomfortable. Disappointing experience. Will reconsider before choosing to feel like a burden in this store. Improve the service.
I was extremely let down by the way I was treated by a team member who wasn't even assisting me, she was judgmental about my health decisions and called me awful and irresponsible. I asked her to stop talking to me in that manner but she persisted with a negative attitude and aggressive tone. I was so upset that I started tearing up. This all happened because I declined to buy sunscreen from her and mentioned that I didn't need it that day as I would be wearing a hat and not exposed to the sun for too long anyway. I have reactions to sunscreen so I avoid using it frequently and didn't want to make a purchase. She was truly terrible, and I've never faced such judgment from a pharmacy assistant before.
