Visited to have my ears pierced. The procedure was very efficient and gentle. 2 staff members, one ear each so it was done quickly with no pain at all! Very pleased with that. Giving 4 stars because the pricing is deceptive. Your website states free aftercare pack/solution, but in reality, it's $39.99 for the piercing and an additional $20 for the aftercare solution, totaling $59.99. Wasn't given a receipt so I only have a bank statement as proof of purchase.
My daughter got her ears pierced today and she was back and forth deciding whether to go through with it, the staff at lovisa were incredibly patient and kind, fantastic experience.
I enjoy this store for its variety of jewellery. Stick to the bundle deals as the sparkle fades quickly...not the best quality but definitely good value on the 5 for $12 or whatever special is on offer at the time.
