Feeling a bit let down... I was thrilled at my 12-week ultrasound, the woman I had then was so cheerful and delightful to chat with. But last week I went in for my 20-week scan with my family, eager to find out the gender... A different woman conducted the scan & she was rather impolite, complaining about her long week and it being a Friday afternoon... Essentially displaying a "let's just get this over with" type of attitude. It dampened my excitement for the rest of the scan, I felt deflated & when she revealed the gender, I was already feeling numb from her demeanor. It soured the rest of our evening and the upcoming weekend, we ended up not doing anything or sharing the news as we had planned. I probably won't return here in the future, which is unfortunate as my wonderful midwife had nothing but praise for you all! To the person who conducted my 12-week scan, you're amazing! But to the rude lady, please don't let your mood or personal issues affect your work, be kind to people because you may not know what some of us have gone through to reach this point & be excited about a baby. Strive to be more professional.
This spot is fantastic! I’m so pleased I made a few calls when I needed my ultrasound. Initially, my doctor had sent me to Broadway Radiology but they had a 4-week wait and an $80 fee. So, I called here and they got me in within the same week, no charge with a community service card and ACC! The staff were very welcoming and kind. Honestly, the other place may look fancy but this place is much better.
Have had a few appointments here, the staff are consistently very friendly and you are treated with utmost respect. Highly recommend coming here.
