Excellent service and attention to detail! All of them were very friendly and helpful, but especially Jenna who was very accommodating of my 8 year old daughter who messed up her nails more than once, yet Jenna happily helped and retouched them. Highly recommended!
I had two mates. The first was the mate I had made the booking with and the second was someone different. It kicked off well and I was pleased with the shape and length. My little finger was clipped and ended up bleeding. This was okay as accidents happen but how they dealt with the blood is what has made me extremely unhappy. Instead of working on my other hand to allow for my little finger to dry, the mate had painted straight over my open wound which raises so many concerns as this increases the chances of infections. Not to mention that colour of nail polish is now contaminated with my blood as the brush went straight on my open wound and back into the bottle multiple times. The design which I had asked for and was agreed upon was a complete mess. My hands didn’t match each other and had one orange splotch on a finger and not on the other hand. My nail beds were red and inflamed afterwards. I paid $110 bucks for this, and after raising my concerns and as under the consumers guarantee act nothing has been done. I’ve had to take my nails off as my fingers… especially my little finger was in pain.
