Upon arriving at the salon, I was informed that she was absent as she had to accompany her father somewhere. Later, it was mentioned that she was feeling unwell. I had to opt for another stylist to do my hair and ended up paying more than the initial agreement. During my visit, another client arrived for a scheduled eyebrow appointment and had to wait for about 30 minutes. I heard heaps of good stuff about this spot so I decided to pop in for a haircut. The fade was solid and the trim on top was okay. The lineup was a letdown. Both sides weren't even and my hairline was a tad wonky too. The lineup is probably the second most crucial part of a cut after the fade. Building customer loyalty is key to keeping folks coming back regularly.
