Went in for a major transformation. My very lengthy, dry, and neglected hair was in excellent care with Kieran (?). They truly listened to my desires and did an outstanding job! Thank you
Went in today for my first haircut at Sharing Shed, as my regular hairdresser had to cancel my appointment. It was a bit nerve-wracking trying a new place, especially after going to the same hairdresser since I was young. But I'm thrilled I gave Sharing Shed a chance because I was greeted by a delightful person (named Dee, I believe) who was incredibly friendly, had a fantastic sense of humor, and made me feel comfortable. They understood exactly what I wanted, and to top it off, this haircut is on par with my usual hairdresser's work! Extremely pleased with the result, thank you.
I visited for a slight trim as my hair reached my lower back, and the individual made me feel quite down about its unhealthy state. They continuously pointed out its condition and showed me how much they intended to cut, which was more than I expected. I reluctantly agreed. Now my hair is uneven and above my bra, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. I explained how long it took me to grow it out, but it fell on deaf ears. Additionally, they sold me shampoo promising to restore moisture, but it ended up drying out my hair. I had to resort to supermarket shampoo, feeling like I wasted over $70 for nothing.
