Security staff now just provide safety, scarce help available to find items or give info, except in Stationery. Long queues at Tills but, despite pseudo "warehouse" layout, prices not low and not really "a steal" - whatever that overused word means today! If you don't know where to find a product, better to shop elsewhere - K Mart, for instance, offers better service and much lower prices. You can easily waste an hour hunting for an item as signs are confusing and managers seem to think customers' time is worthless!
