STUNNING! Massive thanks to Vivo Broadway! Purchased a Vivo voucher and initially went to a different branch due to free parking. However, after explaining what I wanted and being told it would cost $20-$60 more, I hesitated and booked an appointment. Upon reflection at home, I decided NO! I WANT WHAT I WANT and canceled the appointment. Was considering a refund but decided to check out Broadway first, and I'm thrilled I did! Incredible salon with plenty of space. They genuinely listened to my desires and did an absolutely AMAZING job. Thank you so much... I am absolutely loving my new hair. Pay for parking, it's definitely worth it.
Top spot, with excellent service. Disappointing to find out after the haircut that the price had been raised by $17.00 to $99.00 for a cut. Vivo should have been transparent with its customers by informing them beforehand about the significant price increase.
