Am journeying to Japan and had a hard time finding reliable guidance on vaccines. Admired the practical advice from Te Aroha. We talked about my Japan destinations and what vaccinations made sense. Felt empowered to make my own decision, but appreciated the rationale behind the recommended vaccines. Didn't feel pressured, appreciated Te Aroha's respectful and gentle approach. Was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of this service. Big thanks to Aroha for swiftly arranging my appointment. Highly recommend these exceptional women.
Was on my placement as a student nurse here. Feel blessed to have collaborated with such an amazing group of people. They are incredibly kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to assist patients and their families. Witnessed them accommodating patient requests that seemed challenging. Words fail to capture how fantastic this team is. I'll reiterate that they work marvelously and with deep compassion for the community. I've gained a wealth of knowledge in just two weeks, and I want to express my gratitude to them for welcoming me as a student, with a special mention to my wonderful, incredibly patient preceptor, Hinemoa ❤️. Such a caring nurse and valuable advice. Note that the same fee applies per individual in a family even if all are seen together. Was informed there's no family discount as each person has a half-hour appointment, but the five of us were there for an hour collectively. In the future, one person will seek advice first and getting vaccinations from a GP might be cheaper IF the GP offers the service... That would have saved me some money.
