Went for a gel nail art manicure with my sister and mum. Nikora was incredibly friendly and professional. I was impressed by the quality and efficiency of her work! She offers a wide array of designs and colors to choose from. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for exquisite nails for a special event.
I had to cancel my appointment 18mins after the 24hr cancellation window due to illness and my baby. Nikora didn't show much understanding of the situation. While she's talented at her craft, her bedside manner could be warmer. During my nail session for my wedding, the conversation felt forced and lacking in genuine care for the customer experience. This was clearly evident in how she handled my cancellation.
Today I was having a pretty meh day and had thought about canceling my appointment. So glad I didn't. As usual, Nikora was welcoming, skilled, and had awesome tunes playing. I've previously let Nikora have full creative freedom on my nails. Today I opted for a nail shape switch and a simple design. Once again, I left feeling uplifted and with stunning nails.
