My colleagues have been praising Attila for ages so I decided to finally go and have my ankle checked. I booked online for a Saturday as I live a 40-minute drive away and my work schedule is jam-packed during the week. When I arrived, they informed me that they hadn't received my booking and someone else was in my slot. They offered me an appointment at 2:30, but this meant waiting 2 hours in Papakura with my just-purchased groceries going bad and disrupting the rest of my Saturday, since it was too far for me to drive back home. Very frustrating as I had been eagerly waiting to have my ankle looked at for weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the booking system and the customer service. A significant waste of my petrol and time.
