I've been coming here for massages weekly for years! I live far away but it is worth the drive. Thai massage, pregnancy massage and waxing I've had done here and it's all amazing! I've tried multiple therapists here and they are all soooo good. My partner doesn't like Thai massages so he requests relaxation and he loves it. I love how they can cater to all of our different needs. They feel like family here 🥰. It's always nicer in the private cabins but I really like inside the house too especially with their new wooden walls and luxurious curtains. I'm always super warm during the massage, thick towels and an electric blanket 👏. The wax was the best one I've had - low pain and very thorough. Nina is my go-to masseuse - great if you like firm.
My partner and I booked for a 90-minute sports massage. our massage was on Sunday 11/03 @ 3.30pm. The therapist needed to understand our body and requirements. my expectation of sports massage is that all muscles, knots, and tension are released. These individuals had no idea what they were doing, just rubbed in no sequence or attention. We were inside the house on two beds side by side. When we entered the house, it smelled like food and was not fresh at all. I asked the therapist to place some lavender drops on my pillow. she said they didn't have any and paid no attention to my concern. it was our first time at Massage Loft we will not return. I asked her specifically to spend more time on my feet doing reflexology. She may have spent 5 minutes, and no reflexology method was applied by a really untrained therapist. If you want just a rub, then this is the place for you, but if you want massage treatment, then don't go here you will waste your money and time.
The place is elegant and clean. The therapists are professional and excellent at what they do. The room was a bit cold though, please consider keeping the room warmer for clients. I highly recommend this place :)
