My colleagues have been praising Attila for ages so I decided to finally go and have my ankle checked. I booked online for a Saturday as I live a 40-minute drive away and my work schedule is jam-packed during the week. When I arrived, they informed me that they hadn't received my booking and someone else was in my slot. They offered me an appointment at 2:30, but this meant waiting 2 hours in Papakura with my just-purchased groceries going bad and disrupting the rest of my Saturday, since it was too far for me to drive back home. Very frustrating as I had been eagerly waiting to have my ankle looked at for weeks. I am extremely disappointed with the booking system and the customer service. I've been coming here for massages weekly for years! I live far away but it is worth the drive. Thai massage, pregnancy massage and waxing I've had done here and it's all amazing! I've tried multiple therapists here and they are all soooo good. My partner doesn't like Thai massages so he requests relaxation and he loves it. I love how they can cater to all of our different needs. They feel like family here 🥰. It's always nicer in the private cabins but I really like inside the house too especially with their new wooden walls and luxurious curtains.
