I popped into Head to Toe for some threading in March 2024. The threading was just average, but throughout my session, I had to endure a Maori chant playing on loop. It's not exactly soothing for a full treatment. A change in tunes would really enhance the experience.
Ignored my wishes! Clearly said to leave my brow shape and thickness as is, just wanted a tidy up for my 21st bash this weekend. Left with the skinniest brows ever, when I voiced my concern about the thinness, the staff decided to apply henna over my freshly threaded brows. The henna was so unevenly applied that I requested it be removed and left. Shocked at the lack of professionalism and awful service! Brows are uneven, way too thin, and now dark black from the henna. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Asked twice for a tidy up and ended up leaving to buy an eyebrow pencil to redraw them. Truly appalled.
